OSHA, or the Occupational Safety & Health Administration, has finalized it’s standards for HAZWOPER (Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency Response) communication on and around work and cleanup sites which deal with Hazardous Waste or Materials. CFR 1910.1200 was updated to reflect the final rule listed on May 25, 2012.
